The day we receive your jewelry, we notify you that it has arrived safely. Next, it is processed, photographed, and categorized for the proper diagnosis. Estimates can take as few as two days from the time it arrives. However, there are times we may need to reach out to the manufacturer to find availability and pricing of necessary parts. This can add some time to the estimation process. The moment we have all the answers, we dispatch a formal estimate to your email, with a follow up phone call if requested.

How long does it take to repair my jewelry?

The answer to this question varies based on the type of jewelry, as well as the type of repair. A simple battery replacement can be turned around in less than a day, while a vintage restoration of a century old pocket jewelry can take several months. We do our best to give an indication of the length of time required in the estimate when it is sent out. Parts on order can add another layer of uncertainty to the timeline.
