Packaging Your Item (Do’s)

  • Carefully package each piece of jewelry to protect it during transport.
  • Use a single-walled corrugated box such as a repurposed product package or a box purchased from a freight store.
  • Place any loose pieces (such as links, pins and buttons) inside a Ziplock bag and notate their presence on the packing slip.
  • Seal your package securely and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
  • Place all jewelry , jewelry parts and packing slip inside the corrugated box.
  • Make sure contents are tightly packed in the box using newspaper or shipping peanuts.
  • Reinforce all seams and seals with a layer of shipping tape.
  • If you do not have the proper packing materials, UPS and similar shipping services can supply these to you.

Packaging Your Item (Don’ts)

  • Do not package your watch in a bubble mailer or envelope. These does not adequately protect your jewelry. Jewelry and/or Watches lost or damaged using these packages will not be compensated by any means.
  • Do not send the branded jewelry or watch cases, which came with your jewelry or watch at time of purchase. We cannot guarantee
    these will be returned.
  • Do not place tape or any other adhesive directly on your
     jewelry or watches.

Shipping
We provide free shipping from within the United States through a partnership with UPS. Once everything is packed up, drop the box off at the nearest UPS location. To find the nearest location, visit ups.com/dropoff.

Getting Your Free Estimate

  • Once we receive your jewelry and/or watch, we will create your repair ticket and send an email.
  • One of our jewelry technicians will evaluate your jewelry and/or watch.
  • An estimate will be provided within 7-10 days, estimates will be visible in your customer portal and also sent by email.
